  • Annual on-site supervisory training and employee orientation

  • Assessment, referral, intervention and support services to employees and their dependents, including:

    • Up to three meetings with an EAP professional

    • Intervention for personal and family concerns

    • Problem solving

  • Linkage with a variety of quality local resources for such problems as: 

    • Financial counseling

    • Legal concerns, medical concerns

    • Long term care

    • Elder care

    • Home health, etc.

  • Motivational support and follow-up service coordination for employees who are referred to additional resources

  • Priority access to other services  when additional treatment or specialty care is needed at:

    • The SourceOne Group or

    • The Counseling Center

  • Annual distribution of brochures and benefit cards for employees

  • Quarterly pay check stuffers, posters, newsletter articles, or other employee communication and resource information

  • Specific support and intervention for job jeopardy situations including emergency access on site, if necessary

  • 24 hour emergency back-up and support from The Counseling Center

  • Access to specialized training for supervisory or management staff at a 20% discount
